COVID-19 updates

While Ara campuses are closed during higher alert levels, you can reach out to the library, Learning and Disability services in the following ways:

  • AskLive. We’re available to chat online about your queries on weekdays, 8am-4pm. This can also be used for Learning Services’ quick questions!
  • Ara Library Zoom Desk is open weekdays, 10am-3pm. Just click and connect with a librarian. This can also be used for Learning Services’ quick questions!
  • Social media: keep an eye on our Facebook for more instant updates

All library loans have been extended – please do not try to return items until Ara campuses reopen.

All our online resources like databases and Subject Guides are still available 24/7. Also, our learning resources on MyAra like StudySmart or Learning online are freely available to all Ara learners.

As always please stay safe, follow government instructions and find help if you need it. We’ve been through this before and we’ll do it again!
